Recright is a user-friendly video interviewing tool that can handle both live and pre-recorded interviews and also an applicant tracking system that complements the video interviewing product. It’s an effective tool for recruiters to save time and improve the recruiting process.
We tested Recright as our video interviewing tool and have been generally impressed with it. Recright is easy to use and, according to several users we have talked to, has helped them save time in the recruiting process. We like that we can record questions once and then share them with candidates, and we also like that we can see how candidates respond to my questions. Recright has also let us identify candidates who are a good fit for a specific role; as a result, making it easier to make more informed hiring decisions.
However, there are a few potential drawbacks that you should be aware of before making a decision about whether or not to use Recright. First, we expected to see a pause button on the tool’s video recorder. This would be helpful as interviewers, we may need to take a moment to think when asking candidates questions. We would also like to be able to resend invitations to candidates who have not opened or answered the first invitation. As Recright currently doesn’t support that, following up with potential candidates can be challenging. As we believe candidate experience is the key to better recruitment ROI and that making the hiring process engaging and unique can be a great way to make candidates have a good time, we would like to see more customization options for Recright’s message forms that we use to send invitations to candidates.
